A logistics company came to us with a warehouse that ran on memory.
What they came with
Parcels arrived and nobody could say whose they were. Staff searched by hand. Clients phoned to ask where their cargo had got to, and every one of those calls pulled somebody off the actual job.
Nothing was broken exactly. It all just ran on people remembering things — and that stops working on the day business gets good.
What we built
Every parcel now carries a code that identifies its owner in seconds. Each client got a cabinet showing where their cargo is at that moment, and a notification at every stage of the route.
Around it we built the company its whole site, so the cabinet was not bolted onto something borrowed — it was the point of the thing.
What changed
"Where is my parcel?" stopped being a phone call and became a screen the client looks at themselves.
The site is how the business runs now, not a brochure standing next to it.
20–50 orders a week run through the site.
