Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jalil Orujli, Chmielna 69,
Warsaw, Poland — the operator of the yOdin mobile app (Android package
app.yodin), built by the OnlyMaxon studio. The app is distributed on Google
Play by EA DIGITAL GROUP, MMC.
Contact: hello@onlymaxon.com.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App. How your data is handled is described separately in the privacy policy.
1. Who may use yOdin
You must be at least 18 years old. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
We may refuse or remove an account that breaks these terms.
2. Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it you give us permission to store it, show it to other users of the App, and include it in the App’s search — nothing more. We do not sell your content, license it to anyone, or use it for advertising.
You are responsible for what you post: that you have the right to post it, and that it does not break the law or these rules.
3. What is not allowed
These are the same ten categories you can report content under, in the App. Do not post, send or upload:
| Not allowed | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Spam | Repetitive, deceptive, or commercial flooding |
| Hate speech or symbols | Attacks on people for nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar |
| Violence or dangerous organisations | Threats, glorification of violence, promoting violent or extremist groups. Real violent imagery is not allowed regardless of the category you post it in, including News |
| Bullying or harassment | Targeting a person, pile-ons, unwanted repeated contact |
| Nudity or sexual activity | Sexual content and explicit nudity. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is absolutely prohibited: it is removed, the account is terminated permanently and the case is reported to the authorities — see our Child Safety Standards |
| False information | Fabricated claims presented as fact, especially about health, safety or elections |
| Scam or fraud | Fake offers, phishing, financial schemes, impersonation |
| Suicide or self-harm | Encouraging or instructing self-harm |
| Intellectual property violation | Someone else’s work posted as your own or without the right to share it |
| Something else | Anything else that a moderator judges harmful to the community |
Also not allowed: impersonating another person, publishing someone’s private information without their consent, breaking into other accounts, scraping the App, and using automation to post.
4. Moderation, and what happens if you break the rules
Every post, discussion, comment and reply has a Report action. Reports are reviewed by moderators — trusted community members — who either keep or remove the content.
Enforcement escalates rather than jumping to a ban:
- Content removed. You are notified, and the removal is recorded on your account.
- Comment restriction. Every fifth confirmed removal suspends your ability to comment and reply: 3 days, then 7 days, then 30 days for each further round. Reading and posting are unaffected.
- Account termination. Severe cases — child sexual abuse and exploitation, credible threats, coordinated fraud — end the account immediately, without the steps above. How we handle child safety reports specifically, and who to contact about them, is set out in our Child Safety Standards.
If an account with removals or restrictions is deleted, we keep a one-way hash of its email address for a year so the same mailbox cannot immediately register again. The privacy policy explains this in section 7.
Think a decision was wrong? Write to hello@onlymaxon.com and a person will review it.
5. Blocking
You can block any account. A blocked account cannot reply in your discussions, comment on your posts, or mention you, and you stop seeing each other’s content. Blocking is yours to use freely — you do not have to justify it, and the list of who you blocked is private.
Blocking is not a substitute for reporting. If content breaks the rules in section 3, report it, so it stops reaching everybody else too.
6. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time: open the Profile tab, tap the menu button (☰) in the top right corner, and choose Delete account. What is deleted and what remains is set out on the account deletion page.
The short version: your profile, your own posts and discussions and their media go. Replies and comments you left under other people’s content stay so those conversations keep making sense, but stripped of your name.
7. The App is provided as it is
yOdin is free and offered without warranties. We do our best to keep it available and safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for content other users post — though we will act on it when it is reported.
Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights under Polish and EU law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the App before they take effect, and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use yOdin after that means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the protections of the country you live in, and may bring a claim in your local courts.
