Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These standards apply to yOdin (Android package app.yodin), the community app published on Google Play by EA DIGITAL GROUP, MMC and operated by Jalil Orujli, Chmielna 69, Warsaw, Poland.

Child safety contact: hello@onlymaxon.com — write with “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject line and the message is handled as urgent, ahead of ordinary support.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is absolutely prohibited on yOdin. There is no warning, no strike system and no second chance for it: the content is removed, the account is terminated permanently, and the case is reported to the authorities.

This prohibition covers, without limitation:

Prohibited What it means
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) Any image, video or other depiction of a minor in a sexual context, real or generated
Sexualisation of minors Describing, soliciting or presenting a minor in a sexual way, including text, drawings and AI-generated material
Grooming Building a relationship with a minor to prepare them for sexual abuse, on or off the app
Sextortion Threatening to publish intimate material to coerce a minor
Child trafficking Advertising, recruiting or facilitating the exploitation of a minor
Inappropriate contact Any sexual or romantic approach by an adult toward a minor
Off-platform conduct Using yOdin to direct anyone to CSAE material or activity hosted elsewhere

“Minor” means anyone under 18.

2. yOdin is an adults-only service

Account holders must be at least 18 years old. This is stated in section 1 of the terms of use and section 9 of the privacy policy. The App is not directed at children, carries no child-directed content, and shows no advertising of any kind.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

3. How anyone can report

Every post, discussion, comment and reply in yOdin carries a Report action. Reporting takes two taps and needs no explanation: one of the reporting reasons is “Nudity or sexual activity”, which is the route for sexual content involving a minor.

Users can also block any account, which stops that person replying to them, commenting on their content or mentioning them.

Reports that do not require the app — including reports from people who do not use yOdin, from parents and from organisations — can be sent to hello@onlymaxon.com with “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject.

4. How we respond to CSAE reports

  1. Priority review. Reports touching child safety jump the moderation queue and are reviewed by a person, not by an automated score.
  2. Immediate removal. Confirmed material is removed from the App and deleted from our storage.
  3. Permanent termination. The account ends immediately. This is one of the cases where our terms allow termination without the ordinary escalation of warnings and temporary restrictions.
  4. Preservation. Evidence relevant to a report — the content, the account identifiers and the timestamps — is preserved for law enforcement rather than destroyed with the account.
  5. Reporting to authorities. Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to the competent authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.
  6. Ban evasion. A one-way keyed hash of the terminated account’s email is kept so the same mailbox cannot immediately register again.

We respond to valid requests from law enforcement and child protection organisations, and we cooperate with investigations.

5. Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where yOdin is available, and with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. Where local law imposes a stricter obligation than these standards, the stricter obligation applies.

These standards are reviewed at least once a year and whenever the App’s features change in a way that affects child safety.
